Job summary

K10 Apprenticeships seeks candidates for the Heathrow Shared Apprenticeship Scheme as a Project Controls Technician Apprentice. The programme provides structured training and on-site and college-based learning in a desk-based, office environment.

You will work 40 hours per week with start times around 07:00–08:00, and undertake training funded through an accredited provider over a 36-month period. Eligibility requires living in England and being 18+.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and a practical approach to interpret technical information.
• Ability to review and interpret technical information from drawings, plans and specifications.
• Scheduling and planning abilities with experience in problem solving and decision making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Control of a project lifecycle considering time, cost, quality and risk.
• Reviewing and interpreting technical information from drawings, manufacturing or construction plans.
• Interpret technical requirements to develop estimate techniques.
• Scheduling and planning and creating work breakdown structures.
