Our PMO Scotland team is expanding its Controls community and seeks passionate candidates at all professional levels to support early careers, grow into leadership roles, and foster our values, especially 'Bringing out the best in Everyone'.

We are looking for flexible, mobile Planning and Scheduling / Performance Reporting / Risk Management professionals to work across sectors including Power, Water, Rail, Defence, Nuclear, Local Authority, and Shipyards, with travel within Scotland as needed.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Tailoring reporting processes to meet client needs and best practices.
  2. Delivering performance and reporting management plans based on project requirements.
  3. Promoting the benefits of Performance Reporting & Analytics within project teams.
  4. Implementing and maintaining reporting systems to track project controls performance.
  5. Establishing a robust Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) with project teams.
  6. Ensuring consistent reporting schedules and data analysis.
  7. Collaborating with project controls and digital teams on data requirements and systems.
  8. Developing and maintaining corporate datasets and providing guidance on data quality.
  9. Preparing governance materials and performance reports for stakeholders.
  10. Identifying performance recovery strategies and supporting KPI development.
  11. Creating dashboards and presentations for governance forums and reviews.
  12. Participating in Communities of Practice and training team members on reporting processes.

Qualifications include experience in a project environment, understanding of Project Controls interactions, proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI), and familiarity with relevant software (Primavera P6, Active Risk Manager, Ecosys). Awareness of data architecture is desirable.
