Our PMO Midlands team is expanding its Controls community. We seek passionate, ambitious candidates across all professional and managerial levels to support early careers, grow into leadership roles, and foster our values, especially Bringing out the best in Everyone.
With growth in the region including new major programmes, projects, and clients, we are looking for flexible and mobile Planning, Scheduling, Performance Reporting, and Risk Management professionals to serve our local region. Travel within the Midlands is required and can be discussed during recruitment. You will be part of our Project Controls team on high-profile infrastructure projects, providing performance reporting and analysis. Responsibilities include working with cost and planning engineers to develop work breakdown structures, establishing progress and cost monitoring methods, producing control reports, and offering performance insights.
Required experience includes working in a project controls environment within sectors like Energy, Defence, Rail, Airports, Highways, or Utilities, and proficiency in areas such as Programme Controls Management, Earned Value (EVM), Change & Risk Management, Planning, or PMO.
