Position: Project Controls Risk Manager

• Conduct Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA) and Cost Risk Analysis (QCRA).
• Facilitate risk workshops and develop risk registers.
• Integrate risk analysis into project planning and reporting.
• Develop risk management frameworks and strategies.
• Provide risk reports to support decision-making.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Stay updated with industry methodologies and tools.

Qualifications:

• Experience in risk management on large infrastructure or construction projects.
• Knowledge of QSRA, QCRA, and risk management tools like Primavera Risk Analysis, Safran Risk, ARM.
• Understanding of project controls processes.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Analytical and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in probabilistic modelling (@risk, PRA, P6).
• Professional qualifications such as APM Risk Certificate, RICS, PMI-RMP are desirable.
• Degree in engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.
