We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Controls Manager (PCM) to join our Programme Management Office team. Ideally, you will have experience working on UK Rail projects.

You will be based in our London office, with on-site work with clients two days a week.

About the Role

The Project Controls Manager will deliver projects for our clients, contribute to the growth of ETS, and manage other Project Controls Specialists within the PMO, ensuring successful transportation project delivery.

You must have the right to work in the UK.

What we need from you
Essential
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure project delivery, preferably in rail.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project controls, including planning, risk management, reporting, or information management.
  • Proven success in delivering major projects within a consultancy environment.
  • Excellent people management and development skills.
  • Strong business development abilities with a track record of winning work.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Financial acumen and experience managing project budgets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
Desired
  • Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Chartered project manager or similar professional qualification.
  • Knowledge of the rail sector.
