The Project Controls Manager is responsible for leading the development and delivery of integrated project controls across complex UK programmes, providing accurate, timely, and reliable insight to support informed decision‑making. This role establishes and maintains robust planning, cost, risk, and performance management frameworks that enable projects to be delivered to agreed time, cost, and quality outcomes. Working closely with Project Managers, commercial teams, and client stakeholders, the position ensures that data is translated into clear, actionable intelligence.
The role operates across the full project lifecycle, embedding governance, assurance, and change control disciplines. Through structured analysis and coordination, the Project Controls Manager supports delivery confidence across multi‑disciplinary environments.
Warrington - hybrid working with a mix of office‑based and remote working.
