We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager with strong project management, planning, scheduling, cost management, and risk management skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and manage multiple projects.
  2. Develop and manage project budgets and cost controls.
  3. Identify and mitigate project risks.
  4. Lead and motivate project control teams.
  5. Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and senior management.
  6. Present complex information clearly to stakeholders.
  7. Analyze project data for actionable insights.
  8. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  9. Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and budget.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  2. PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent certification.
  3. Experience in project controls and managerial role.
  4. Proficiency in project controls software (Primavera P6, MS Project).
  5. Advanced MS Excel skills.
  6. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
