Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in London, UK seeks an experienced Project Controls Manager to lead multiple project controls functions, budget handling, and risk mitigation. You will coordinate schedules, costs, and stakeholder communications across large, diverse projects in a collaborative environment.

The role requires PMP/Prince2 or equivalent, a strong engineering or construction management background, and proven leadership abilities to drive excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or project field is required.
• Professional project controls certification (PMP/Prince2) is preferred.
• Proven experience in project controls and a managerial role.
• Strong proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple projects end-to-end.
• Develop and manage project budgets and cost controls.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Lead and motivate project control teams.
• Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and senior management.
• Present complex information clearly to stakeholders.
• Analyze project data for actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and budget.
