Project Controls Manager - Defence

• Permanent Contract
• Various locations: Southwest
• £45,000 - £60,000 p.a. (dependent upon experience)
• £250 - £400 per day (3 month rolling ongoing contracts) Inside IR35
• Hybrid working
• SC Clearance Required

We are looking for a Project Controls Manager with the following experience:

• Holder of APM, ACostE, CCAB, or a relevant technical, engineering, or business degree at Masters Level
• Experience in developing and implementing earned value, estimating, cost, and schedule control systems, techniques, and procedures
• Experience in developing Project Controls training programs and managing their delivery
• Ability to present cost management and scheduling information to management and clients
• Proven ability to identify and solve cost management and scheduling problems innovatively
• Experience in performing audits to ensure quality of estimating, cost engineering, and scheduling activities
• Ensuring quality and timeliness of cost estimates, budgets, financial reports, risk management, and schedules

The role impacts achievement of corporate objectives, may advise senior management, and requires strategic management skills. Leadership and extensive technical experience are essential.

Working in a secure environment, the ideal candidate must hold current, active Security Clearance, used within the past 12 months.
