About The Role

EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market leading expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction and BAM Nuttall. All four partners have specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe’s latest high speed rail projects.
EKFB is looking to recruit a Project Controls Manager to join our team based in the Greatworth to Southam Area.
This position will manage the project controls personnel and support staff on Document control as well as administrative functions.
The Project Controls Manager will provide baseline schedule development and management, performance status and reporting, including monitoring and evaluating each step of a project to ensure it meets deadlines.
This position will measure and monitor the project status, evaluate progress against plans, and forecast future performance. It will include monitoring and controlling programme compliance with contractual obligations.
The Project Controls Manager will track incoming and outgoing project documentation, supporting the coordination of handover documentation to ensure timely delivery and 'right first time' standards. The role involves producing weekly and monthly reports on progress, actuals, forecasts, and variances.
This role will write and maintain document control procedures, establish operating policies to mitigate risk, and review project processes to ensure consistency and improvement in project controls.
Additional responsibilities include coordinating progress reporting, producing trackers for efficient delivery, and maintaining the distribution list of the Design Delivery team to facilitate inputs.
