The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity to work within our growing Mission Systems business area as a Planning Specialist. You will be the focal point for the IPT to ensure that the needs of the project are met whilst maintaining high standards of project controls.

What You Will Do As a Project Controls Lead

1. Support Risk Managers to identify contract risks
2. Support the analysis of clients requirements during the bidding phase
3. Support the evaluation of the contract requirements to evaluate technical and economical feasibility
4. Define the High Level schedule based on contractual milestones
5. Support the definition of the High Level budget based on contractual requirements
6. Support the advance provision activities to start purchasing processes in advance of the contract effective date (if needed)
7. Support the creation of the Project/Program WBS
8. Participate in the first project meeting to start the activities
9. Support the definition of the WBS structure, OBS, and identification of the SoW to engage functions
10. Support the definition of the revenues plan and perform the creation into the company tool
11. Perform deep analysis of contractual requirements
12. Define the Integrated Project Schedule, ensuring plan consistency and the correct allocation of resources
13. Define the time-phased (cost planning) resources/material allocation and associated costs
