Job summary

Amentum is hiring a Project Controls Engineer to support implementation of Project Controls processes and governance for HPC. You will ensure effective reporting, maintain CBS/WBS-aligned forecasts, and provide timely, accurate insights to influence project decisions.

Role emphasizes data quality, cross-functional collaboration, and use of tools like Ecosys, P6, and ARM within a nuclear program environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of HND or equivalent qualification in project management, project controls, engineering, or another related field.
• Proven experience of Project Controls including tools to deliver project insight and assess performance.
• Understanding of project controls methodologies and techniques.
• High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy of outputs and validity of quality data.
• Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication of complex issues to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain accurate forecasts and Project Controls data in alignment with CBS/WBS.
• Maintain all Project Controls data within software systems such as Ecosys, P6, ARM.
• Coordinate and produce Project Controls reports on a defined cycle with commentary on time-related drivers.
• Assist in the Trend & Change process with analysis at the project level.
• Deliver clear insights to support robust decision-making using technical and financial data.
• Provide analytical support to Project Controls Managers and Engineers.
