MAG is seeking a skilled Project Controller at London Stansted Airport to support project cost control, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting. You will maintain project data in SAP, including budgets, actual costs, commitments, purchase orders and invoices, while producing reliable cost reports and cash-flow forecasts to support governance and decision-making.

The role requires 3+ years in project controls or related fields, strong Excel skills and familiarity with NEC contracts.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in project controls, cost control, project accounting or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, actual costs, commitments and accruals.
• Experience preparing and reviewing project cost forecasts.
• Experience managing purchase orders, invoices and project commitments.
• Knowledge of SAP or comparable ERP system.
• Understanding NEC contracts, including compensation events and changes.

Responsabilidades

• Support Project Managers with cost control, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate project data in SAP: budgets, actual costs, commitments, PO, invoices and forecast expenditure.
• Produce cost reports and cash-flow forecasts; analyze financial performance and governance.
• Ensure NEC compensation events and contractual changes are reflected in budgets and forecasts.
• Provide variance analysis and commentary to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, finance, procurement and other teams.
