Yolk Recruitment is recruiting a Project Controller for their HR Transformation and Digital projects in Filton over the next 12 months.

HR Transformation and Digital is a key enabler focusing on digitalising services, creating new ways of working, and fostering a people-centric approach in the business transformation.

The department seeks a passionate, proactive Project Manager to be involved in impactful projects across core countries.

In a typical week, you will:

• Deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
• Develop strong internal networks across core countries.
• Achieve effective change management, stakeholder engagement, and buy-in for relevant projects.

Key projects include:

• Voice of Employee initiatives to improve employee experience.
• HR Transformation projects such as shopfloor digitalisation and HR digital tools enhancements.
• Supporting UK HR business partners on wider projects impacting UK HR functions.

Successful candidates will demonstrate:
