Project Controller, Defence / SC Cleared, Bristol, £38-43k + 5% Bonus

Do you want to play a key role in supporting the delivery of critical projects within the defence and science sectors for a forward-thinking consultancy?

If you have some experience in project controls and P3M (project, programme, or portfolio management), and a background in working with government or military clients, we want to hear from you.

This role will be largely based in the Bristol office, offering a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, supporting vital projects and working with national government bodies, international institutions, and global contractors.

You will need proven experience in monitoring and controlling projects, ensuring that they are delivered to time, cost, and quality. A professional qualification within Project, Programme, or Portfolio Management (e.g. PRINCE2, MSP etc.) is essential, along with experience in the defence sector or a military background. The ability to manage stakeholder relationships, contribute to bid-winning processes, and support teams in multi-disciplinary environments is key. Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail are crucial to ensure that correct decisions are made based on accurate project data.
