About the Opportunity:

We are seeking Project Controllers to join our expanding team. You will play a vital role in helping our clients deliver complex projects and programmes successfully. While based mainly in Bristol, the role requires periodic work at client facilities across the South West (2-3 days/week), with the remainder of the week hybrid/remote.

In Addition:
  • Experience in Project Controls subfunctions or as a Project Controls Manager on large infrastructure or equipment projects.
  • Knowledge across multiple Project Controls functions: cost control, estimating, scheduling, change management, risk management.
  • Experience developing project/programme baselines, managing change, and performance analysis.
  • Proven team management skills within a matrix structure on complex projects.
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders and communicate project performance effectively.
  • Results-oriented problem solver, proactive in client support.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
  • Strong knowledge of the Defence industry and experience in high-profile Tier 1, Prime, or subcontractor organizations.
  • Autonomous operation, relationship-building skills.
  • Expertise in P3M practices and advanced project controls/tools.
  • Proven delivery track record in consultancy roles.
  • Ability to identify client needs and develop business opportunities.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring.
  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject.
  • Successful project delivery history.
  • Ideally APM PPQ qualification.
