Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
  • Support project teams with financial reporting, cost tracking, and forecasting
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and propose alternative approaches to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
  • Work with commercial leads/project managers to monitor risk and performance, ensuring issues are escalated appropriately
  • Drive best practices in documentation and control, ensuring compliance and consistency across teams
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project controls processes, tools, and templates

Essential Requirements

  • University degree or professional qualification in a technically based field (e.g., engineering, economics, finance, business)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with project management and financial reporting software
  • Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is an advantage
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Demonstrated willingness to challenge convention and adopt new ideas in a dynamic, evolving environment
  • Confident managing financial data across multiple currencies and international project frameworks
  • Experience with contract administration; familiarity with NEC4 contracts is a strong advantage
