12 month contract | Hybrid working | Outside IR35 | Experience in large-scale Civil Infrastructure

Responsibilities:

1. Act as part of a team of subject matter experts to provide Primavera P6 EPPM & SAP Financial application knowledge.
2. Create and maintain project budget data, including schedules, actuals, and forecasts.
3. Analyze progress reported against work schedules and produce reports on project progress, performance, and forecasts.
4. Control multiple projects within the Programme, with outputs aggregated to provide programme-level plans, budgets, schedules, forecasts, and reports.
5. Manage project controls for several projects simultaneously within the Programme, with a cumulative value of circa £125m.
6. Collaborate with Project Managers, Programme Managers, and manage the consultant supply chain (Commercial and Contracts Managers) to support Programme and Project Control activities.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Lead the change control process, ensuring proper logging, assurance, presentation, and implementation of changes.
2. Provide regular status reports on key projects to the Project Controls Manager and Programme delivery team, for review by senior leadership.
3. Update the Capital Delivery Tracker (CDT), providing an overview of the Capital Plan.
4. Liaise with Directors and business approvers of CAPEX & GWW processes to track progress and resolve approval issues.
5. Manage and deliver near-term (3-month weekly) capital project cash-flow forecasts for Finance.
6. Deliver up-to-date medium-term (24-month rolling) forecasts of capital project cash flows.
7. Provide long-term project and programme information to inform and update strategic plans.
8. Assist in developing, planning, and controlling the overall Capital Expenditure plan for 1, 5, and 10-year periods.
9. Assist in payment tracking and cash-flow forecasting for accrual accounting.
10. Collaborate with Supply Chain and Strategic Programme Management teams to develop capital expenditure efficiencies through standardization and work bundling.
11. Manage and ensure high standards in auditing commercial management services and Contractors' commercial management.
12. Administer the change control process across the programme.
