Summary:
• Responsible for project coordination across equipment and services from order entry to delivery and invoicing across the customer base. Contribute to the team and site financial plans and ensure customer on-time delivery and satisfaction across their order profiles.
As Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
• Assisting in activities related to the supervision, organization, and execution of new manufacturing products, repairs, and spares supporting customers primarily in the North Sea sector.
• Assisting project managers to fulfill customer orders according to financial and commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with teams across all functions within the business.
• Handling standardized project processes and administrative tasks.
• Working based on predefined contracts and frameworks.
