A marvellous opportunity has arisen for a knowledgeable Project / Contracts Manager to join a reputable building contractor based on the edge of the New Forest specialising in bespoke new homes, high-end refurbishments, and select commercial developments. Their work is defined by meticulous detail, strong client relationships, and a reputation for integrity and professionalism.
Now they are seeking an experienced, commercially aware, and conscientious Site Manager to join their team and help deliver distinctive, design-led projects to the highest standards.
Ideally you are technically capable, calm under pressure, and thrive in a collaborative, quality-focused environment and someone who leads with respect and communicates effectively with trades, clients, and professionals alike.
You will take full ownership of site operations: planning and coordinating day-to-day activities, maintaining excellent relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors, and ensuring that quality, programme, and commercial targets are met.
This role will suit a technically competent and well-organised individual who enjoys the problem-solving and people-management elements of construction. You'll understand the importance of collaboration while maintaining control over logistics, programme, and finish.
