Passive Contracts Manager / Ramsgate / Permanent / Salary Negotiable

Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with high energy, strong leadership, and a hands-on approach?

Our client is a nationwide specialist contractor, specialising in Passive Fire Protection. They are looking for a driven and technically strong Contracts Manager, based at their Head Office in Ramsgate. You will be responsible for taking ownership of key contracts nationwide, committed to delivering projects to the highest standards, on budget and on time.

The Role

1. Lead and manage multiple fire protection contracts across the UK
2. Manage delivery teams and subcontractors on site
3. Support estimating, RAMS, HSEQ, and programme delivery
4. Build strong client relationships and ensure commercial targets are met

What We Are Looking For

1. A minimum of 3 years in a contracts / project management role within construction or passive fire
2. SMSTS, CSCS, and full UK driving licence (essential)
3. Willingness to travel and stay away when required
4. A proactive, solution-led leader with energy and resilience
