About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for managing the construction of a private house of 1700m2 from scratch.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the construction project, from initiation to execution and completion.
  2. Plan, direct and manage the project, ensuring it stays on budget and schedule.
  3. Handle the preparation and review of project bids and the negotiation and management of subcontractor contracts.
  4. Ensure the successful execution of construction projects.
  5. Execute the control and compliance with safety regulations, ensuring projects meet contractual and legal requirements.
  6. Work closely with stakeholders, including the client, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, in order to define project objectives, establish timelines, allocate resources, and manage budgets.

Requirements and skills

  1. Education in Civil Engineering.
  2. Proven experience as a construction project manager, especially on projects of the same size.
  3. In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
  4. Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
  5. Good knowledge of MS Office.
  6. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  7. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  8. A team player with leadership abilities.
