Role: Project Compliance Lead
Contract Length: Until 31/03/26
Location: Hybrid (one day per week in Bristol, Malvern or NW London)
IR35: Inside
Pay Rate to Intermediary: Market Rate

Spinwell is recruiting for a Project Compliance Lead for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

Responsibilities of the Project Compliance Lead

• Ensure that the solution being delivered is appropriately compliant with regulations, legislations, and standards.
• Provide pragmatic solutions to achieve required levels of compliance.
• Work within a blended team of customers, suppliers, and subcontractors, making recommendations and providing direction.
• Inform the prioritisation of work to achieve the desired outcomes.

Skills and Experience of the Project Compliance Lead

• Proven experience working within an Agile development framework (Scrum or Kanban).
• Familiarity with the Defence Aeronautical Information Authority (DAIA), part of Defence Airspace and Air Traffic Management (DAATM), and the Military Aviation Authority (MAA).
• Familiarity with No 1 Aeronautical Information Documents Unit (AIDU), based at RAF Northolt.
• Strong knowledge of EU 2017/373, RA1030, ED 76 A (or B), and awareness of ED 153 and ED 215.
• Ideally, knowledge of Aeronautical Information Exchange Module (AIXM).
• Ability to be pragmatic.
