Job Description:

Description: The scope of the PCCM is to manage and coordinate Construction and Commissioning processes and activities related to the project scope. The PCCM is located offshore supporting the site execution and management, which is performed by the site manager.

Note: This is a hybrid role involving 25-50% onsite work and the rest from the local office/home. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Organize and conduct Kick Off meetings for the C&C Team
  2. Prepare initial plans for Storage Location, Identification, and Preservation
  3. Identify construction responsibilities as per tendered budget and roles
  4. Review scope, budget, risks, and opportunities
  5. Coordinate and lead the handover process from tendering to construction, reviewing scope, schedule, and budget
  6. Organize and participate in reviews of constructability strategies during key project milestones
  7. Drive site activities startup and preparation in coordination with the Site Manager, ensuring all site execution plans, applications, and platforms are in place
  8. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, permits, licenses, and safety trainings
  9. Arrange site possession, develop site infrastructure plans, and oversee mobilization
  10. Monitor and report on construction progress, costs, and manpower, developing mitigation plans as needed
  11. Participate in monthly project reviews, presenting project status and corrective actions
  12. Ensure timely appointment and delegation of resources and manage subcontractors
  13. Manage non-budgeted costs for accurate reporting
  14. Ensure all construction tasks meet contractual requirements
  15. Provide accurate and timely information to project management
  16. Implement HVDC C&C processes, instructions, and guidelines
  17. Conduct lessons learned sessions post-project handover

Your Background:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience
  • Experience in Construction and Commissioning
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently
  • Strong prioritization and deadline management skills
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
