This is a unique chance to contribute to a diverse, integrated environment, delivering creative and socially impactful solutions on major international projects.

In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in managing large-scale multidisciplinary projects, ensuring client expectations are met, and coordinating the project team. If you're detail-oriented, comfortable navigating complexity, and enthusiastic about collaboration, you’ll thrive in our team. A natural communicator and organiser, you’ll enjoy finding smart ways to improve delivery and empower the people around you.

Ideally, you’ll have experience in project or commercial management within the built environment and a passion for shaping meaningful outcomes. You’ll be expected to manage deliverables with care, adapt to evolving project needs, and work effectively with multiple stakeholders—from colleagues to clients.

At Arup, you'll be part of a culture that celebrates individuality and diverse perspectives, while contributing to work that has real impact on communities, the environment, and the future of urban life.

Responsibilities

Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and implement client instructions

Lead on project forecasting, invoicing, and commercial reporting

Prepare client-facing documents including reports, plans, and presentations

Ensure delivery meets both Arup’s and clients’ project objectives

Support major design and planning projects from concept through to construction
