Overview

FT Recruitment Group are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Project Commercial Manager based in Aberdeen on a Contract basis for approx. 6 months initially, with the potential for extensions or transfer to a permanent role thereafter.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of all commercial, contractual, and administrative aspects of our client’s projects, ensuring smooth execution from contract award through completion.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the key liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Manage contracts, tendering, and subcontract negotiations to deliver value
  • Resolve commercial and contractual issues, ensuring full compliance with obligations
  • Support project planning, budgeting, cost reporting, invoicing, and procurement
  • Provide strategic advice to project teams and optimize project control processes
Qualifications
  • Strong background in commercial and contract management within offshore energy sectors
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive successful outcomes

Candidates should be based locally to Aberdeen, and must hold the Right to Work in the UK.
