The Organisation

Our client makes a difference to families and children throughout Wales by supporting welfare and early years learning.

To achieve this, they lead on developing and regulating the workforce, service improvement, and data and research to improve welfare.

They are now looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join they on a fixed-term basis until 31 August 2026. This role is offered with flexible working options and our client will consider candidates as part of a job share.

You must be based in the UK to apply for this role and be able to visit one of our client’s offices in Wales when required.

The Role

As a Project Co-ordinator, you will support a variety of improvement and development work areas, projects, networks and partnerships.

Providing a critical administrative service, you will work in both English and Welsh, assisting with project development and delivery and playing a vital support role in co-ordinating internal and external meetings.

Additionally, you will collect and analyse data and build recommendations for future objectives and priorities, as well as establishing and maintaining administrative systems, procedures and databases.

About You

To be considered as a Project Co-ordinator, you will need:


  • Experience in business administration
  • Experience of arranging events i.e. workshops, conferences or training courses
  • Experience providing administration support at meetings, including taking minutes
  • Experience working both independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the public sector in Wales
  • Effective time and priority management
  • Fluency in English and Welsh, including listening, writing and speaking
