Base pay range

Are you brilliantly organised with loads of initiative and great communication skills? If you’re enthusiastic about nature, beautiful landscapes and encouraging people into the outdoors then this is the ideal role for you.

We're looking for a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of an ambitious project funded by the Nature Networks Fund which will greatly improve habitats for nature, offer opportunities for people to develop skills in the countryside sector and to inspire more people to get outside.

This is a part time role for 22.5 hours a week and is a fixed term contract for 31 months.

What it's like to work here

Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll work with the project officer, project ecologist, property teams, external consultants and contractors from project design through to handover, answering queries / collating information.

What you'll be doing

You’ll support the project set up at each property, updating and maintaining key project trackers, including finances and workbooks, assisting the project manager with ensuring that the project is following the project management framework. You’ll support the use and updating of the Sustainable Development Tool and the Everyone Welcome Tool and will collate all handover information for each property in conjunction with our specialist external consultants.

You'll coordinate and arrange meetings, site visits, access to properties for internal colleagues and external consultants and contractors, providing updates to properties, general managers and other key stakeholders.

Whilst works are ongoing, you’ll support the property team with interpretation, coordinating and arranging project board meetings, taking minutes and updating the project workbook post meeting to reflect outcomes.
