About Chevron Traffic Management
In simple terms, Chevron Traffic Management sets up temporary road or lane closures, diversion routes, or pedestrian walkways to ensure safety during roadworks. This includes installing cones, signage, temporary traffic lights, pedestrian crossings, and barriers. Our work is visible nationwide. Role of Project Co-Ordinator
Due to growth, we are hiring three Project Coordinators based at our Scunthorpe office. The role involves assessing, quoting, planning, booking, and overseeing Traffic Management projects for various clients. Coordinators report to Project Team Leaders and manage client portfolios, liaising with stakeholders. They are often the first contact for clients and must be well-organized and confident in communication.
Responsibilities
- Managing daily projects and client portfolios
- Handling incoming client inquiries
- Ensuring PO and cost coverage for projects
- Booking projects into the ERP system
- Liaising with clients and authorities to ensure successful project execution
- Submitting permits and licenses
- Coordinating with operatives and third parties on project days
- Resolving account queries and providing information
- Performing additional duties as assigned by the Project Team Leader
