About Chevron Traffic Management
In simple terms, Chevron Traffic Management sets up temporary road or lane closures, diversion routes, or pedestrian walkways to ensure safety during roadworks. This involves installing cones, signage, temporary traffic lights, pedestrian crossings, and barriers. Our work is visible across the country. When you see roadworks, it's possible Chevron Traffic Management installed the signage.
Our work also involves consulting, planning, designing, estimating, liaising with suppliers and clients, and leveraging technology to improve safety and reduce our carbon footprint.

Role of the Project Co-Ordinator
The Project Coordinator plays a key role in assessing, quoting, planning, booking, and overseeing Traffic Management projects for various clients. Reporting to the Project Team Leader, the role involves managing a client portfolio and coordinating with stakeholders.
As the first point of contact for clients, customers, and partner depots, the Project Coordinator must be well-organized and confident in communication.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of projects and clients
- Handle incoming client inquiries
- Ensure PO and cost coverage for projects
- Book projects into the ERP system
- Coordinate with clients to ensure project success
- Submit permits and licenses to authorities
- On-site liaison with operatives and third parties to resolve issues
- Handle account queries and provide information
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Project Team Leader
