Project Co-Ordinator

Location: Hybrid / Bury Office
Full-Time | Permanent

Are you an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for project coordination? Our client is looking for a Project Co-Ordinator to join their team, supporting their National Account customers and ensuring seamless end-to-end project execution.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a key part of the Project Management team, you'll:

  1. Manage communications, emails, and stakeholder meetings with professionalism and efficiency.
  2. Coordinate resource movement to meet project deadlines and ensure smooth workflow.
  3. Oversee project documentation, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001.
  4. Assist Project Managers with budgeting, procurement, invoicing, and financial tracking.
  5. Monitor project deliverables to maintain quality, cost, and time expectations.
  6. Identify and escalate potential issues early to ensure projects stay on track.
  7. Work collaboratively with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors to enhance project outcomes.

What They Are Looking For:

  1. A highly organised individual with strong attention to detail.
  2. Experience in project coordination, ideally in a BMS/HVAC/Facilities/Maintenance/Engineering environment.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Project, and familiarity with platforms like VX, SharePoint, Focalpoint, and Dimensions (or willingness to learn).
  4. A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for delivering results.
