About the Role We are seeking a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to support the UK Project Director in delivering a wide range of developments and activities across our site. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a keen interest in project management and coordination.
The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for project-related matters, responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver insight-led, cost-effective development solutionsEnsure clear and consistent communication across the organisation regarding all project aspectsCoordinate and monitor daily contractor activity, reporting progress to the Project DirectorManage purchase orders and financial reporting for all project-related costsAppoint and manage external contractors and suppliers, ensuring delivery within budget and timeframesWork closely with Health & Safety to implement CDM regulations and conduct safety briefingsPrepare, issue, and evaluate tenders in line with procurement policiesConduct post-project evaluations and present performance analysis to the Managing DirectorMonitor project milestones and ensure they are met in line with agreed schedulesPrepare and maintain handover documentation for the operations teamWhat We Expect from You To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar project coordination or management roleStrong knowledge and experience within the construction industry (client or contractor side)Proven understanding of the full project lifecycleA recognised project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2)Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentWorking knowledge of CDM regulations, sustainability and environmental complianceStrong interpersonal and people management skillsExcellent communication and influencing skillsA detail-oriented, structured, and focused approachA proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to challenge and hold others accountableCompetent IT and time management skillsDesirable:Experience in the leisure or tourism industryEssential:A full, valid driving licence is required due to the need to access operational and restricted areasWhy Join Us?
