Project Coordinator

Salary up to £25,500 per annum

About the Role:

As a Project Coordinator you will be working with our Senior Management Team, managing/coordinating assigned projects. Your will also work closely with the Performance Analyst supporting with report writing and data analysis.

You will be part of a local team supporting high standard Project Coordination for reporting activities relating to Private Rental properties and occupants, delivering accurate and timely data, reports and analysis that supports best in class service delivery. This is an office based role at our Basingstoke branch.

Tasks for this role include arranging meetings, taking minutes of meetings, providing administrative support to mangers and ensuring office requirements are met. You'll support on projects and one off tasks as requested by the management team. It's vital to ensure effective escalation processes are adhered to. You'll keep accurate and current data records up to date to manage risk and evidence performance to the client.

Principle Accountability's include:

  • Delivering set administrative or team support tasks and actions, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Providing administrative support to managers with meetings, events, travel, project work, reviewing of documents and carrying our research as required to support business objectives.
  • Carrying out minutes of meeting, collating and circulating papers. Co-ordinate meetings including rooms, attendees and planning and structure of day.
  • Delivering quality reporting as requested by manager, evidencing risk and appropriate actions to resolve
  • Updating and maintaining written and IT records to evidence outcomes and current status.
  • Undertaking adhoc projects and provide support and cover for colleagues and other administrator roles within Mears Housing Management
  • Ensuring full compliance with Mears code of conduct, contractual terms and group policies & procedures.

Role Criteria:

  • IT Literate with knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages especially Excel
  • Good written and verbal communicator
  • Resilience and ability to managing differing priorities
  • Good time management, planning and organisational skills
