As a Project Coordinator, you will be working with our Senior Management Team, managing and coordinating assigned projects. You will also work closely with the Performance Analyst supporting report writing and data analysis.
You will be part of a local team supporting high-standard Project Coordination for reporting activities related to Private Rental properties and occupants, delivering accurate and timely data, reports, and analysis that support excellent service delivery. This is an office-based role at our Basingstoke branch.
Tasks for this role include arranging meetings, taking minutes, providing administrative support to managers, and ensuring office requirements are met. You will support projects and ad hoc tasks as requested by the management team. It is vital to ensure effective escalation processes are followed. You will also keep accurate and current data records to manage risk and evidence performance to the client.
