Role Description
The Delivery Manager in Portaltech Reply is accountable for the effective delivery of projects and services. Their goal is to bring success as a combination of customer satisfaction, team motivation and growth, and project profitability. According to his seniority the DM will manage one or multiple projects, either to deliver a digital transformation or support service via a multi-disciplinary, highly skilled and passionate team.
The ideal candidate has excellent English communication skills, able to engage with senior stakeholders and has proven leadership skills. They will be able to adapt to existing policies as well as define and promote improvements to increase efficiency. The DM will be core to decisions that build high performing teams, where people are excited about the work they are undertaking.
For this specific need, the candidate is required to have both general eCommerce and Customer Experience knowledge as well as SAP Commerce and/or Shopify experience.
The candidate will be able to discuss at high level and understand the commerce platform terminology. That same terminology and topics will be used in the conversation with the Client during update, upsell, support review meetings etc.
