Job summary

Strata Consulting is seeking a Project Civil Engineer to join our technical team in Milton Keynes. The role focuses on managing civil engineering design from feasibility to construction for large-scale residential developments, coordinating with internal teams and external authorities.

The successful candidate will have a civil engineering degree and experience in highways and drainage, with strong stakeholder management and ability to juggle multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering residential infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of highways and drainage design and approvals
• Confident dealing with local authorities and utility providers

Project Civil Engineer – Northamptonshire £50,000 – £60,000 + Car / Car Allowance + 10% Pension + Bonus

An established and highly regarded UK residential developer is looking to appoint a Project Civil Engineer to join their technical team based in Milton Keynes.

This is a key role supporting the delivery of large-scale residential developments, working closely with internal technical, commercial and construction teams, as well as external consultants and statutory authorities.

The role

• Manage and coordinate civil engineering design from early feasibility through to construction
• Oversee highways and drainage design for residential schemes
• Manage and progress S38, S278, S104 and S106 agreements
• Liaise with local authorities, water companies and other statutory bodies
• Review consultant designs, reports and drawings for compliance and buildability
• Support project delivery through technical approvals and construction stages

About you

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
