The Role: Project Civil Engineer
You'll be a vital part of the drainage and infrastructure civils team, managing design, delivery, and mentoring. The role includes:
- Creating schematic, concept, and detailed drainage/highways designs using Civils 3D
- Delivering drainage and SUDS designs using Causeway Flow
- Preparing Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategy reports for planning
- Leading collaboration across multidisciplinary teams
- Mentoring and managing junior engineers
- Acting as Project Leader, including oversight of project finances

What We're Looking For
- Proficient in Civils 3D (or equivalent), with strong drainage design experience
- Track record of mentoring and line management
- Knowledge of Sustainable Drainage Systems (concept and detailed design)
- Site experience including contractor liaison and health & safety management
- Experience in multiple sectors (e.g., NHS, DfE, private sector)
- Comfortable engaging with local authorities and problem-solving within project teams
- Strong quality assurance and project delivery skills
