This role will be within our demand management and network infrastructure team. We look after 60 million meters and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers.

What will you be doing?
As our Project Case Handler you'll be working on our Thames Water Metering contract in London & Thames Valley.
You'll be part of our Customer Side Leakage Team who are responsible for Monitoring, Reporting and Repairing Leaks.
The Thames Water Metering contract covers London & Thames Valley areas. On the Smart Customer Side Leakage contract, we use Smart Meters to identify leakage within customer's supply pipes and attempt to locate and repair where possible.
You'll be responsible for constant reporting on the current WIP. Case manage problem job until resolution. You'll be responsible for the constant use of our Meter Reading System to monitor leakage flows.
You'll create jobs for newly found leaks, manage customer complaints and claims and update & close jobs via Salesforce. You'll monitor and reply to emails from our client and other departments with M Group Water.
