About Our Opportunity:
We’re recruiting a hands-on Project Business Partner to work directly with regional and operational teams, helping deliver operational and process improvement projects in the field.
This mobile role supports change and project delivery across multiple UK locations and functions, embedding project excellence into day-to-day operations.
What You Will Be Doing:
• Delivering and coordinating business improvement projects on sites and with teams
• Leading project task plans, risks, and benefits tracking
• Supporting operational teams with process improvements and pilot rollouts
• Acting as a connector between local teams and central functions (e.g. Finance, People, Transport, Logistics, Commercial, Project Teams).
• Driving change management and stakeholder engagement in fast-paced environments
About You:
You’ll be a self-motivating, experienced, collaborative problem-solver who’s energised by field-based delivery and fast-moving environments. You’ll bring:
• Experience delivering or supporting multi-site operations, improvement or change projects
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Valid UK Driving license as to travel across the UK regularly, including overnight stays
• Confidence with project tools (Excel, MS Project, MS Planner, Teams, D365, etc.)
• Industry experience in operations, logistics, construction, or similar is a bonus but not essential
• A qualification in a relevant field and/or a dedicated project management or business improvement certification is desirable.
