NCG is seeking an experienced Project Building Surveyor to lead refurbishment, maintenance and space adaptation projects across its college estate. You will be involved from initial survey through to design, procurement, contract management and completion.
You will manage multiple projects, undertake surveys and prepare reports, design specs, and tender documentation while ensuring safety, budget and regulatory compliance. A strong knowledge of UK regulations and AutoCAD is essential.
