An exciting opportunity to work for a global pharmaceutical company. My client is looking for a Global Project Associate to work as part of their Global Launch team.

We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual with a positive mentality who wants to contribute to a global team. The candidate should have experience within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably within a project team. The position requires excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, as well as a passion to contribute to the overall success of the team.

As part of the global team, travel and working across multiple time zones will be required.

Desired Candidate Characteristics and Experience:

• Experience working in cross-functional teams and across geographies
• Experience leading projects and presentations in a hybrid working environment (virtual and face-to-face)
• Strong analytical skills and budget management
• Experience in marketing and related commercial functions (preferred)
• Experience working inside or with pharmaceutical companies (preferred)

Types of Projects Planned:

• Development of team presentations and communications (PowerPoint, email, etc.) related to pharmaceutical product launches
• Ownership of consolidated content to enable rapid development and distribution to cross-functional partners
• Support the development of pharmaceutical product launch plans based on input from cross-functional teams
• Assist with budget consolidation across geographies, providing data views for project planning
• Manage the Launch Tracker and coordinate follow-up with launch teams and countries
• Provide project management support for cross-functional launch meetings
