Responsibilities
- Liaising with landowners and external stakeholders
- Communicating with Clients and responding to requests
- Liaising with other contractors and external organisations
- Co-ordinating and sending Land Access Requests
- Manage and respond to project enquiries (calls, emails, post)
- Keeping records of financial transactions
- Preparation of documents: notices, licences, meeting minutes, maintain databases and documentation tracking
- Manage returned documentation, consents
- Work with GIS teams to create plans
Qualifications
- This role would suit an individual who is a motivated self-starter and thrives in fast-paced environments with strong interpersonal skills and a desire to provide great service to internal colleagues and external clients.
- Excellent organisational skills and confidence working to deadlines.
- Clear and professional communication styles, both written and verbal.
- Experience of project management would be advantageous.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Be confident with using Microsoft Office, with proficient IT skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Can manage own workload, prioritising tasks as appropriate.
- Works well as part of a team.
