Responsibilities
  • Liaising with landowners and external stakeholders
  • Communicating with Clients and responding to requests
  • Liaising with other contractors and external organisations
  • Co-ordinating and sending Land Access Requests
  • Manage and respond to project enquiries (calls, emails, post)
  • Keeping records of financial transactions
  • Preparation of documents: notices, licences, meeting minutes, maintain databases and documentation tracking
  • Manage returned documentation, consents
  • Work with GIS teams to create plans
Qualifications
  • This role would suit an individual who is a motivated self-starter and thrives in fast-paced environments with strong interpersonal skills and a desire to provide great service to internal colleagues and external clients.
  • Excellent organisational skills and confidence working to deadlines.
  • Clear and professional communication styles, both written and verbal.
  • Experience of project management would be advantageous.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Be confident with using Microsoft Office, with proficient IT skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Can manage own workload, prioritising tasks as appropriate.
  • Works well as part of a team.
