  • Support audits and quality assurance within the Project team.
  • Provide project support and administrative tasks.

Project Assistant

6 Month Contract

£13.13 per hour

ARM have an exciting opportunity for a Project Assistant, a role that requires an accurate, numerate individual with an eye for detail. An approachable, calm and collaborative demeanor is also required, to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels, both internally and externally.

The Role:

  • Monitoring and maintenance of a shared mailbox and supporting the Project team with general inbox management and queries.
  • Resolving queries with asset owner organisations and fostering good working relationships with these stakeholders.
  • Coordination, management and procurement of supplier plans and payments i.e. BACS, credit card, invoices.
  • Preparing and updating project reports on performance, and able to communicate to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Monitoring of client commercial status, e.g. credit check information, debt, payment history.
  • Support audits and quality assurance of work within the Project team, reporting findings to the Project Manager and Quality Assurance.
  • Providing project support and administrative tasks to other teams within the Practice.

Requirements:

  • Computer literate, particularly in MS Office.
