I am currently looking for a Project Architect / Senior Architect for a turn key contractor based in London. They are working on a 40,000 sq ft commercial office fit out in Europe.

The company is growing and offers flexibility and agile working. There are opportunities for progression and team leadership.

Requirements include experience in France, working on office fit outs.

• Lead and manage projects with the Head of Design.
• Work across all RIBA stages, from design to handover.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Submit planning applications.
• Produce technical and construction drawings.

Skills and experience:

• Experience with Revit.
• Registered Architect with ARB.
• At least five years post-qualification experience, preferably with high-end residential projects.
• Strong technical detailing skills.
• High proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.

Qualities:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Calmness under pressure and meeting deadlines.
