We’re a well-established, multi-disciplinary architectural practice based in London with 14+ years of experience delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. From creative high end Residential to new-build developments, we take pride in blending innovative design with technical precision.

We’re looking for a skilled Architectural Technician with UK-based job-running experience to join our growing team. You’ll be key to the successful delivery of projects through RIBA Stages 4–7.

We need the candiate to work on a high end residential as well as a church renovation project

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed technical drawings using Revit or AutoCAD

Assist in developing tender packs, specifications, and construction documentation

Ensure all designs comply with UK Building Regulations and quality standards

Attend site visits, client meetings, and coordinate with contractors

Collaborate with architects and internal teams through every construction phase

Support the team in delivering projects on time and to specification

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Architecture or equivalent (RIBA/CIAT accredited preferred)

Experience delivering projects at construction stage in the UK

Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD

Skills

Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and modern construction practices

Clear communicator with excellent English (written and spoken)

Confident in producing technical construction drawings

Good on-site coordination and stakeholder management skills

Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable
