Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a talented team within the London office, overseeing all aspects of residential projects from conception to completion.
2. Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and team members to ensure project success.
3. Utilise your extensive experience on multi-storey apartment developments in the UK to provide valuable insights and guidance.

What We're Looking For:

1. ARB/RIBA Chartered Architect status with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience.
2. Proven expertise in multi-storey residential projects within the UK market - essential.
3. Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions.
4. Proficiency in ArchiCAD is highly desirable; Revit proficiency will also be considered.
5. Strong job-running capabilities and a sound understanding of current UK legislation.
6. Hand-drawing and sketching skills would be a significant advantage.
7. A valid UK driving licence.
