Key responsibilities of the Project Architect:
·Deliver projects across all RIBA work stages
·Produce detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documentation
·Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and internal/external teams
·Chair meetings, record minutes, and administer contracts (JCT minor works and RIBA domestic)
·Carry out site inspections to ensure quality and technical compliance

·Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign (SketchUp desirable)
