Job summary

Architecture Social is seeking a talented Project running Architect to join a growing practice delivering industrial and logistics developments across the UK. You will lead projects from concept through to completion, working on distribution centres, warehouses, last-mile logistics hubs, and large-scale industrial facilities.

The role requires ARB registration with 3–4 years PQE, strong technical delivery, and Revit proficiency, with the ability to run projects independently within the UK.

Qualifications

• ARB-registered Architect with 3–4 years post-qualification experience.
• Proven ability to run projects independently within the UK.
• Strong technical delivery skills and understanding of construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver industrial and logistics projects across RIBA Stages 3–6.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and client teams.
• Produce and review technical drawing packages and construction information.
• Manage project programmes, budgets, and resources.
• Attend site visits, resolve technical queries, and support project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Building Regulations and industry standards.

This role offers the chance to lead projects from concept through to completion, working on distribution centres, warehouses, last-mile logistics hubs, and large-scale industrial facilities. Requirements:

• Proven experience running projects independently within the UK
• Strong technical delivery skills and understanding of construction processes
• Experience working on industrial, logistics, data centre, commercial, or similarly complex projects
• Proficiency in Revit
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
