Project Architect

Location: London

Salary: £50-55,000

A dynamic and design-led architectural practice in Central London is seeking a talented Project Architect to join its collaborative team. With a diverse portfolio spanning residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed-use sectors, this studio offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of projects across all RIBA stages in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage projects from concept through to completion

* Oversee design development, planning submissions and technical delivery

* Coordinate with consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle

* Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports

* Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning policy

* Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive studio culture

Requirements:

* ARB-registered architect with demonstrable UK project experience

* Strong design and technical abilities across all RIBA stages

* Proficient in Vectorworks and ArchiCAD (essential)

* In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing

* Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills

* A proactive, hands-on approach and a collaborative mindset
