Job summary

Architecture Social in London is seeking a Project Architect to lead commercial projects from design through delivery. You will work from a central London studio with a hybrid pattern, including four days in the studio and one remote day.

You will develop technical design in Revit, coordinate consultants and teammates, and visit sites regularly to resolve practical and technical detail. ARB/RIBA fees covered, mentoring, CPD, and study support provided.

Qualifications

Commercial work is the steady core of a lot of London practices, and this is a Project Architect role at a large, long-established studio of 200-plus people. You will run commercial projects using Revit, on a hybrid basis from a central London studio.

This is a role for a qualified Architect who wants to own delivery rather than sit on the edge of it. You will take commercial buildings through the stages, coordinate the team, and get real time on site. The studio works in director-led teams without rigid sector silos, so you can build breadth alongside your commercial focus.

The Practice

• The practice is an established studio of over 200 designers across London, Manchester and overseas.
• You will work from a central London studio with an in-house BIM team.
